Is there any way to have nbm:cluster execute during install phase?
I've tried attaching nbm:directory to the package phase and nbm:cluster
to the install phase, but I get the following error:
[ERROR] BUILD FAILURE
[INFO]

[INFO] Since 2.7, the nbm:nbm goal is not part of the lifecycle.
Therefore the NetBeans binary directory structure for
com.abstraj.mandm:scala-library-nbm:nbm:2.7.0-2.4 is not created yet.
Please execute 'mvn install nbm:directory nbm:cluster' to get the same
results as in earlier versions.
