I'm building an eclipse RCP app, using the pde-maven-plugin.
I'm trying to build my eclipse 3.2.2 based RCP app against eclipse
3.3.2. It stops pretty early, because it fails in finding a startup.jar
file.
I looked at the 3.3.2 SDK zip that becomse the eclipseInstall, and it
has no startup.jar, while the 3.2.2 has one.
Some googling then quickly told me that eclipse 3.3 launcher no longer
used the startup.jar.
And I found this http://www.breskeby.com/240 (search for startup.jar),
which talks about a newer SNAPSHOT of (presumably) pde-maven-plugin
solving this problem.
So my questions are:
1. This was back in September 2007, is a SNAPSHOT version still the only
version that supports eclipse 3.3? (when was 1.0-alpha-1 released?)
2. If so, where do I find the SNAPSHOT repsitory to get a newer
pde-target-platform?
