Hi!
I have an application which production environment is Redhat. To
simplify deployment I want to generate a rpm package and have it set up
start/stop scripts.
Is it appropriate to use the appassembler plugin to generate the scripts?
If so, which goals? (generate-daemons and jsw? assemble?)
Are there any post/pre install/remove scripts that have proven useful?
I'm especially interested in scripts for setting up the init-scripts and
make the application start at boot.
Tips for projects that has a similar setup would also be much appreciated.
