Appassembler is cool - the scripts and the 'repo'. The only issue I have
with it is that the repo it generates doesn't have the checksums (sha1, md5)
in it. I could never get closer than this with the assembly plugin
(2.2-beta-3):

The only issue here is the damn main project artifact isn't in the right
subdirectory. I (and it looks like others) have mentioned similar related
problems (http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/MASSEMBLY-196).
Is it possible to get appassembler plugin to include these?
