Hum, no idea why...changing the id so they are unique does work now. However I have another question. I notice the resulting jar's (after a copy) folder structure is different than the original. What I see is that the folder copied into is now first in the list instead of sorted alphabetically. Is this configurable? I'd prefer the resulting jar to have the same structure as it started with.
