Hello

I have stalled in my process for rotating an image using mxnet. I have
sought help regarding how to use row, column indexes to assign values from
an original array with various sources.

The first was the mxnet discussion forums and my post was hidden because it
was identified as spam. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Here is my notebook with the problem in full context. This is part of an
expired hackathon that I am still working on:
https://github.com/rtp-aws/devpost_aws_disaster_response/blob/main/python/gray_rotate_two.ipynb

Here is my post to the github discussion page on the same subject:
https://github.com/apache/incubator-mxnet/discussions/20906

Here is my stackoverflow post on the same subject:
https://stackoverflow.com/questions/71224256/how-to-rotate-an-image-using-only-the-mxnet-ndarray-and-contrib-nd-array-apis

I tried to get into a slack to discuss this problem, but I was unable. The
various slacks which are of a more general subject and not mxnet specific
did not get any takers. I'm hoping this site might get more assistance.
If you know of a user group or slack which is active I am happy to join
that group as well.
