Assuming your using Nutch 1.2, the web application you point to needs to be the exact name of the WAR file.
In my case it was therefore always http://localhost:8080/nutch-1.2 <http://localhost:8080/nutch/> Also I do not understand written spanish (i think this is) so I can help you out with the other stuff sorry.
