Getting links in ParseFilter

Hi,

 I need to get the links of a page in a ParseFilter plugin.

 The parameters types are Content, ParseResult, HTMLMetaTags, DocumentFragment.

 Are the links included in one of these parameters ? I tried to find but I 
couldn't.
