bin/nutc webgraph in 2.x

Hi,
Based on https://wiki.apache.org/nutch/CommandLineOptions, bin/nutc webgraph, 
not available for Nutch 2.x, i would like to use this feature,
how could i achieve this in nutch 2.3 ?
