Hi Anup, a student has done such a prototype as her diploma thesis. She has uses the OModel (the object model prefixed with O) as a tree representation of the BPEL graph and has used JGraphs to visualize it. The BPEL events have been sent using a modified JMSEventListener (see extensions directory in trunk) to the monitoring tool. That works basically pretty fine.
