Just to clarify: "ant run-install-seed" (that has the same effect as
"java -jar ofbiz.jar -install -readers=seed") will not remove existing
demo data in your database.

It is correct.
Another thing to mention is that the password for the "admin"
user (and the flexadmin etc) will be overriden (to "ofbiz").
You'll have to change them right after the update.
