gets the entity ShipmentPackage
if you use the webtools to look up ShipmentPackage
for the Id you of this segment you will see if the wieght is there.

shipmentRouteSegmentId " + shipmentRouteSegmentId + ", and

says the ShipmentPackage.wieght is null.
