That is actually very interesting because this is what I should actually do 
since that will add to the features of OFBiz so we can all benefit. Also the 
time spent in manipulating and porting another CRM implementation can be 
invested in OFBiz. OK if I wanted to do it, how much work do you think will be 
involved since somework have already been done on this.

If you are thinking to deploy one into another then don't do this.
Let's keep both the system separate otherwise you will come into messed up
situation soon IMO.
Think good about it and lets discuss your plan in detail with the community.
I am sure community members too will suggest you to keep both the system
separate.
Just curious to know about one thing, why don't you plan to use OFBiz OOTB
and update its CMS feature as per your requirements.
I will be more then happy to see contribution from you in CMS area.
