I have no intention beyond the OFBiz POS component (I mean no external
integration for sure)
And even no time in a foresable future to work on the OFBiz POS. Except of
course if I get a contract to work on POS...
Of course I may help any POS efforts as I did with Iain Fogg's, Ray Barlow's, Chris Lombardi's, and Bilgin Ibryam's work and some
others I surely forget, sorry.
Note that the POS component initial work was done by Andrew Zenesky, and is
still by far the major part of it.

I did an integration with ofbiz 3.0 a while back.
since then Jacques has implemented POS in the specailpurpose folder.
I did see a message a while back on sourceforge where Jacques offered to
help but I am not sure how far that got.
