Anytime someone comes to me with a legal contract, it implies they are ready to take me to court. When I go buy a donut, I don't sign a contract. I pay a fee for the donut. There is no contract involved. I give the cashier money, and the cashier gives me my donut. It's simple and it works. My employer is the same way. Our company avoids legal contracts for the same reason. -Adrian
