I've never tried it but I think there is quite a bit in OFBiz that could be 
re-used for this purpose. Orders, invoices, and payments already have the 
design built in of "partyIdFrom" and "partyIdTo". All sellers could be set up 
as internal organizations so they can own facilities to fulfill orders. I think 
you could get pretty far just through configuration. Of course you would need 
to build the ecommerce front end but that is mostly UI work.
