Hi Sumit,It is perfectly fine to do so if necessary, but keep in mind that services should generally go into the lowest level app possible. So if you were to put your service in order then it would be available to any application, specialpurpose or hot-deploy component to call whereas if it is in ecommerce then only components willing to depend on ecommerce would be able to use it.
