Hi all, Please help me to get some clarification. In Market Manager there are functions to define segments. There are already 2 segments defined: market segment and sales segment.
Am I to understand that market segment is intended to define types of industry, like: Automotive, Health care & Life Sciences etc And that sales segment is intended to define a categorization of types of customers, like: B2C B2B - Tier 1 (e.g. Global Accounts) B2B - Tier 2 (e.g. National Key Accounts) B2B - Tier 3 (e.g. Other Accounts) B2G - Tier 1 (e.g. Country level Government Accounts/ NGO Accounts) B2G - Tier 2 (e.g. Regional level Government Accounts) B2G - Tier 3 (e.g City/municipal level Government Accounts) Or are other tables/datatypes defined for this?
