New order error

I tried to create a new order, at the  setOrderCurrencyAgreementShipDates
page , I got a error message:
"Timestamp format must be yyyy-mm-dd hh:mm:ss[.fffffffff]".
 I think there must be something wrong with javascript:call_cal . But this
javascript would be called by many pages. Somebody could tell me how to deal
with it?
