for such questions, you better use the user mailing list.
For your question, if you look at the fields, they are not the same :
the ones in ordermgr are defined in checkinits.ftl (from line 104), and
are just a HTML input.
the one in findEmplLeaves is a more complex one, is defined in
EmplLeavesForms.xml (l 26) and is generated thanks to the lookup field.
