hi,

I have a user which is part of the 'myportal_customer' security group. With
the permissions he has, he can send customer requests, however in the 
'Main' subsection of the 'my portal' module, no requests are being shown
under the 'My Open Customer Requests' portlet (and this user did send
requests). I was wondering if its a case of not having the right permission
assigned to the user?
