you can report it that way, but it may have been solved in the SVN.
so to get attention you will still have to download the current SVN 9.04
or run it on the Demo-stable site and see if the problems Still exits.

Use the SVN 9.04 branch to build your test platform and see if you
have the issues. you can look at the SVN 9.04 branch for the date and

Use the rev from the SVN 9.04 branch you are working with, to report
bugs fixes.
what is put in the SVN 9.04 branch will not change the 9.04 released
(zip).
if there are blocking issues that are fixed in the SVN 9.04 branch
then, I think, a vote for a new release 9.04.1 should happen.
As a not I consider the min error (OFBIZ-3835) you found to be a
Blocker.
