Is there a way to setup the ShipmentCostEstimate per supplier? I have seen a partyId and roleTypeId in the entity definition. But having a look at ShipmentServices.calcShipmentCostEstimate() it is only checked if a ShipmentCostEstimate contains a partyId and/or roleTypeId to increase to priority of a match. But it is not checked against any partyId.
