The demo ecommerce app already allows a USER to select a language.
What I'm interested in setting the locale based on the mount point.
I thought that maybe the place to do this would be
specialpurpose/ecommerce/ofbiz-component.xml.

   <webapp name="ecommerce"
        title="eCommerce"
        locale="fr"                        <--------------------
        server="default-server"
        location="webapp/ecommerce"
        mount-point="/ecommerce"
        app-bar-display="false"/>

Doesn't work (sadly)
