Accounting resources

Can anyone recommend some resources to learn the accounting system of OFBiz?  I 
already read the "Accounting
In 5 Easy Steps" manual.  I'd love to learn how to go through the rest of the 
bookkeeping process:

batch payments (check & credit card)
deposit to bank
reconcile with a paper statement
close period
create reports
