I created the OFBiz blog long time ago. It was a personnal decision and was intially not endorsed by the PMC. IIRW we (PMC= decicdd that we should rather use the MLs or official ways like ASF PRC.

Only bug fix get into branches releases. Or did you speak about specialised branches like webhelp-2012-12-07?
