Hi Nicolas, Here's the sample code:
<form name="formName" target="targetrequest" title=" Form" type="single" header-row-style="header-row"> <field name="radioButton" position="1" title="A" id-name="a" > <radio> <option key="VGD" description="Very Good" /> <option key="GOD" description="Good" /> <option key="AVG" description="Average" /> <option key="BAG" description="Below Average" /> </radio> </field> <field name="radioButton" position="2" title="B" id-name="b"> <radio> <option key="VGD" description="Very Good" /> <option key="GOD" description="Good" /> <option key="AVG" description="Average" /> <option key="BAG" description="Below Average" /> </radio> </field> </form> Here it is showing only the last title "B" with four radio button for very good, good, average and below average. It doesn't show "A" with these option.
