Or maybe have two separate reasons for increase and decrease such as is
done for Mis-Shipped ("VAR_MISSHIP_ORDERED", "VAR_MISSHIP_SHIPPED").
Maybe something like:
VAR_MISPRODUCED_PRODUCED - Mis-Produced Produced (+)
VAR_MISPRODUCED_NOTPRODUCED - Mis-Produced Not Produced (-)

Items can created by production run declarations but there doesn't
seem to be an adequate reason to describe corrections to the quantity
produced when declared incorrectly.
