When do you like to start your analysis/development?

Subject: Re: Vendor Management

Hi to All,

Pierre thanks a lot for your comments. It will help us to establish a good
communication from now on I hope. First of all let me clear what a vendor
means as to my understanding and as to how I want a vendor to be treated by
the software.

Lets assume from now on the my company is called voidcompany.

By Vendor I mean a legit and established business which can sell goods or
services legitimately. I mean it much in the way amazon used the word. In
amazon an established business uses amazon as a platform where it can sell
its products.
So in my case, any company should use voidcompany as a platform to sell
goods. Voidcompany would then list the items on its ecommerce store. Once a
product is sold, an email will be send to the vendor to notify them that on
of their products is sold. Furthermore, any vendor should be able to login
to the administration panel of voidcompany and do the following activities
and probably more:
Add products for sell
View sold items
Remove products
update product status, quantity availability etc

I am open to further explain my thoughts and discuss it further. Also I
would very much like to know if anyone else here would like to spend time on
this. I myself am a software developer and can help in developing the
functionality, but I have to admit that I do not yet know ofbiz very well.
