I think that OFBiz can pretty much respond to all of the things you have
mentioned – and it’s all open source. You will probably need to do some
customisation along the way – depending on your requirements but there is a
lot of functionality available out of the box. Have you taken a look at

demo yet - to get an idea of the functionality?
