Hi, I noticed that async and background jobs don't run on the 16.11 version (trunk and all versions)
According to the contributor guides I documented the findings in a jira ticket. I posted the bug along with a patch that I used for my local installation. How can I bring the ticket to a developer's attention with commit rights for review and merging to trunk?
