Dear Doars, It's normally the authorization issue. You just have to assign to your account with the newly created plugin permission.
If you don't know where to find it, you can try to look into the database table SECURITY_PERMISSION and see if your newly created plugin has been inserted there. If no, it's likely your script doesn't work so you have to run gradlew "ofbiz --load-data readers=seed". Then try to run gradlew ofbiz. In case you still can't see it, you just need to assign to your account with the proper authorization. For the details you can look at my previous jira ofbiz ticket.
