It should work OOTB. You need to have the proper JDK installed.
I've setup github actions to build both 8 and 11

I ran ofbiz on a raspberry pi 4 for some time using Java 11.
OFBiz 18.x is planned to use 11 by default.
OFbiz trunk is planned to build with 17.
There are online guides that show you how to install the specific JDK
you want.
Use one and check with java -version that you have it.
After that build ofbiz and start it.
