Paolo:

I’m not qualified to help directly with your request, other than to applaud
your using the group to attempt to move the work forward.

I have been monitoring this group for months now, as I have founded a
non-profit interested in fundamentally changing the nature of business
application, called Sharealedger.org <http://sharealedger.org/>. The premise
is that if the shared ledger idea (which came from blockchain, but is not
dependent upon blockchain technologies) were ubiquitous, it could fundamentally
reduce costs of record keeping, expand use to even the poorest merchants in the
world who own cell phones, and resources for use on other societal problems.
Here is a link to more about that: https://sharealedger.org/?p=244
<https://sharealedger.org/?p=244>

Like the unconventionality of your request, the organization is a bit of a
peculiar beast in that it is an open source community but focused on business
content rather than technology initially. I don’t think it has a lot of direct
bearing initially on your questions, but If anyone is interested in more I’d be
happy to invite them to a public sharealedger meeting on Thursdays 5 PM US ET.

Other than that, I hope for success in your request and your business efforts.
