Hi Terri,

Your message has been moderated, else it would not have reached this Mailing
List.

Please subscribe to the user ML for such questions and then use your email
client.
See why here http://ofbiz.apache.org/mailing-lists.html.

You will get a better support, people can answer you on the ML.
The wider the audience the better the answers you might get.

Also it's more work for moderators who have to accept your messages as long as
you have not subscribed.
I'll personally no longer accept them (other moderators still could).

Thanks

This said, if you did not already, you can start with the documentation from
the site: https://ofbiz.apache.org/
Also the README exist for stable (18.12 branch), next (24.09) and trunk:
https://nightlies.apache.org/ofbiz/trunk/readme/html5/README.html
with more documentation, eg: https://nightlies.apache.org/ofbiz/stable/

I don't know much about the relation between accounting and HR in OFBiz. If you look for
"payroll" in source code you may find some tracks
Maybe easier in
https://nightlies.apache.org/ofbiz/trunk/ofbiz/html5/user-manual.html

If later you need help, we have a list of service providers, maybe not always
up to date:
https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/OFBIZ/Apache+OFBiz+Service+Providers

Hello,

My associate and I are trying to learn the ins and outs of operating OZBiz.
We are tinkering with the program but neither of us have experience with
working with this type of software. We are seeking anything we can get our
hands on to guide us through things like how to set it up for payroll taxes
for starters. Once investment is secured we will hire someone with the
skills to teach us hands on the rest but can you offer any guidance as
Youtube has mostly programming tutorials.

Thanks

Terri
