Africa is looking for a billing software (with an ERP from the same supplier to
avoid a huge project). Ofbiz should have been a suitable solution, if there was
a water billing module associated with it, plus the assurance to have a
dedicated support. Therefore, my advice was to request to the community, as I
am still exploring ofbiz (I also need some help in this process). They are also
considering another solutions such as odoo, which seems to have a water billing
software.
I hope this clarifies all confusion.
