sounds like the pushpull FTP client is not compatible with the FTP site you are connecting too... may have to plug in another java FTP client into the pushpull... also there is a property you set for the pushpull which is the max number of failed connection which will cause the pushpull to lock down... it is set to 10 out of the box... but you can increase it... however if the pushpull is failing a lot and i believe 10 to be a lot... you are going to want it to lock up as soon as possible because, with a faulty connection, results are undefined

We occasionally get the exception "To may open files" and occasionally fail to connect to an ftp site 4 times in a row, which causes psuhpull to terminate.

Has anyone else seen this and found workarounds?
