sorry I misunderstood you.
Previous recommendation is for changing logo and application name
positions.
Is your logo's height bigger than 40 pixels?
If so, then you can try to reduce size of your logo.

You can change size of logo in red5/webapps/openmeetings/config.xml file.
Change following lines:
<appdisplay>
<displayelement name="logo" display="true" x="5" y="3"/>
<displayelement name="name" display="true" x="65" y="10"/>
</appdisplay>
