1) extended memory limits were set for java due to lack of time to
determine what is wrong (OutOfMemory after ~24h of work), you reduce the
limits in red5*.sh scripts

2) I believe you should unpack to /usr/local/red5 (I usually use /opt/red5)
due to we provide the whole server)

3) you should perform backup/restore on stopped OM (red5+OM app) to avoid
possible data corruption

4) you need java7 for latest OM
