Helo Ed, In Germany the 50% people minimum can speak english, i've seen it. In the Spanish speaking countrys and in Russia no so many people can, because they learn any other different idiom to english or simply because the don't know that idiom.
Sincerely i would like that whole the world was speaking only one language, but until that day comes, and hope comes, would be good to think about each other and to facilitate the way to the knowledge. It is not possible to have everything, so it is good resign to a bit in order that others could have something. Am sure that you understand it.
