...sorry, the steps to upload the profile image are: Clic on Upload image button, in dashboard or Profile page, need two clic, wait...and nothing happen. Then clic on "refresh page" on firefox and so shoe the new image.
For the invitation to a no OM user: Receive the invitation mail, clic on the link in the mail, so open firefox or google chrome showing the OM page with a little window where say "Guest" and something more, clic on OK button and show the page with the loading line and there become block. ......................... ...................... ...............
