changing base url does not work/change openmeetings logo

Hi,

I changed the base.url in the configuration.
26  application.base.url   http://localhost:5080/etutor/
Then, I restart my server. However, this does not work. When I type
localhost:5080,  it will redirect me to localhost:5080/openmeetings. How do
I solve this problem?
Moreover, is it possible to change the openmeetings logo?
