if i remember correctly room id is encoded in room name, so mapping might be restored (or you can do it via SQL) New rooms should be created as expected
could you provide more details? 1) Moodle/Moodle plugin version 2) Any errors in openmeetings.log while room creation? 3) do you have externalId/externalType in DB for just created room? anything else?
