And as you can see this page has 2 manuals for every OS:
1) "Installation OpenMeetings ......."
2) "Installation SSL certificates and Coturn for OpenMeetings ...."

your setup missing TURN server
2nd manual above will give you some instructions on how to install `coturn`
which is TURN server

you can find more details if you will use search on mailing list archives
(I prefer https://openmeetings.markmail.org/) :)))
