I was able to see this error in JS console (Chrome Ubuntu) Refused to load the image ' https://school.the5stars.org/class/pluginfile.php/2648/user/icon/f1' because it violates the following Content Security Policy directive: "img-src 'self' 'self' data: https://www.google-analytics.com";.
