1.1.7 Release

Quite a few people are eagerly waiting for TomEE 1.5.1 which should fix 
a number of serious problems in the current release 1.5.0.

Last thing I read on the TomEE lists was that the 1.5.1 release will get 
started as soon as OpenWebBeans 1.1.7 is available.

Are there any pending issues that need to be solved for OWB 1.1.7 or 
would it be possible to cut a release from the 1.1.x branch as is?
