Hello, Best would be to raise a ticket on github https://github.com/owncloud/core using the issue template https://raw.githubusercontent.com/owncloud/core/master/issue_template.md.
Make sure to include the Javascript/Browser log and owncloud server log in case they contain errors when you click the share link. Also you might want to try disabling any third party apps in case they interfere with sharing.
