Hello, Regarding the page size, see https://github.com/owncloud/core/issues/20936#issuecomment-161933415 In 8.2.2 it will load 250 users instead of 100 at once.
Not sure why it is jumping back to the top though, could be a bug. Are you able to find the missing user using the search field on the top right ?
