Hi,
I was just made aware of a neat little .NET driver for Avatica
(specifically, the authors were focused on Phoenix's use of Avatica in
the Phoenix Query Server).

I'll have to try it out at some point, but would love to hear from
anyone who beats me to it :). I reckon that it should work for any
>=Avatica-1.6.0 or Apache Phoenix 4.7.0. The documented "Phoenix 4.4.0"
is probably more of a call-out to the version available on Azure.
