Thanks for reporting this, Bruno. It's a bug for salted tables. I've filed
this issue: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/PHOENIX-20 and checked-in
a fix in the master branch of our Apache git repo. Will backport it to the
2.2.3 branch of our Apache git repo as well.
